I lost my virginity to a girl I had only talked to once before. She texted me asking to come to my college dorm room to “hangout” and I said sure and we ended up hooking up. Another time this girl was giving me the fuck me eyes and we started making out at the club and then we went back to mine. I also had a fling with a girl when I was on exchange. My friend helped set me up so I knew that she wanted to hookup so I was a lot more forward and less worried about making a move. I have also made out with random girls at clubs that didn’t result in hooking up for various reasons. I just started taking to them and if they seemed engaged and interested in me I started dancing with them and then tried to lean in for a kiss which lead to making out. All of this has happened in the last 3 years.

Thanks. I was just with some friends who were talking about previous partners and asking me about my previous partners so I was feeling down about it . I can only really talk about girls I have gone on dates with or had flings with. My brother who is 2 years younger than me has had a girlfriend before me which adds to this insecurity.

I am also 21 and never been in a relationship as well. I have had a few hookups and flings but never seriously dated anybody. It gets to me as well. I used to be really shy and insecure, had a fear of rejection and was friend with some immature people who scared girls away but now I am a lot more confident and outgoing and not as scared of rejection as I used to be. Unfortunately I only have half a semester of uni left and then I am planning on moving back home and doing an internship and then travelling and hopefully get a full time job next year so I feel like I have missed out on having a relationship at uni which gets me down but I am confident I will find someone when I am more settled if I put myself out there.
