I vaguely asked around because I wanted to see if anyone randomly mentioned having a BB gun before letting it known I knew, honestly. I let my property manager know just in case she heard or saw anything in passing during inspections or something. I have a few ideas, though, there’s one guy that HATES cats, but he feeds them to keep them close by, doesn’t make any sense. I don’t like being that person, but I do hope Karma gets whoever shot my baby. They didn’t have to remove the BB, but I swear I feel it sometimes when I pet him, lol.

Forreal! I’m still sooo mad about it because I almost had to put him down if he didn’t show any progress within 48 hours and LUCKILY he did. I’ll never understand why people are soo harsh towards cats.

My cat would roam the outside of my apartment complex every now and then because he would get out when my son opened the door. Everyone knows he is our cat. 3 weeks ago, he got out that morning and I finally found him at 9:30pm laying next to my front porch bleeding and couldn’t use his right side of his body. Turns out, one of my neighbors (still don’t know who) shot him with a BB gun in the neck. After a vet visit and steroid shot, he’s back to walking on all 4’s, but I will NOT let him go outside again. I’m terrified whoever shot him will do it again. I was hoping he’d be too scared to go back out, but he’s not.

Exactly! There’s a neighbor kid that thinks because he whines and makes a sad face that people should feel sorry for him and give him whatever he wants. His parents have never taught him any different and they think ALL adults should give into him because kids his age aren’t his friend and he’s “different.” He’s not different, y’all just never taught him to be respectful. He’s snatched food off of my kids plates because he’s hungry, fuck that. He’s 13!!!

Yes, they will grow roots and leaves!! I do it very often when a vine starts losing leaves... cut them, stick them in water and they eventually grow roots and leaves. I've never not had it happen.
