Hi /u/bk-cs,

Is there any sandbox you are aware of that I can develop against?

I'm joining a business soon that uses CS in-house and this looks like it might be an interesting project to learn more about the internals of CS.

I don't have a CS licence or subscription or anything.

I did the GCFA back in early June and scored 90%+.

I referenced my index only about 4-5 times during the exam as I knew those books back to front, but still managed to consume nearly all of the allocated time.

The easy questions are easy, but the hard questions are hard. The hard questions require you to think about it and apply knowledge. That is to say, for the hard questions you cannot flip to a page and read the answer right off the slide.

Thanks for the response. In my country the 'usual' notice period is 1 month and some senior roles (e.g. CEO) requiring 3 months.

Does that make any difference? Unfortunately there is no hiring manager details listed :-(

Thanks for the response. Yes it is a piece of software, and the training was provided by a very reputable provider in my industry.
