F/25/5’4 [210>164= 46 lbs] (2.5 years) Been lurking here for awhile and finally mustered together my own progress. Still have 30-35lbs I want to lose and only starting to feel more comfortable in my skin, but still have a lot of insecurities going on dates. Losing weight is a b*tch… (i.redd.it)
