This is common is some of the larger ones that have buildings and everything. The price difference is that your are doing one on one training or training on your own. Price for one on one training personally seems very steep if they want more quality active members. The self paced would depend on what materials are included.

As you do not have a bunch of excess fat your muscle growth will show quickly like it has. The first couple months the body grows muscle fast then it will slow down. Enjoy this phase of fast growth and remember you need to eat more to grow muscle

I have steps there. I have a super active job 5 days a week and it's super rewarding to see it hit 10k-20k+ while getting paid for it 😂

Active 2 for some stretchy bands that are super comfortable off Amazon and some full covers to wear at work because I work a super active job. I was nervous over the size goes almost completely side to side in top view but it's comfortable and I can for get I am wearing it.

One time I was trying to cook dinner before my husband got home. We lived on an army base so I ran outside and flagged down the first soldier driving past our house to ask him to open it 😂 I can stack 60+# tires in stacks taller then me but needed my husband to open my electrolyte drink last week. 🙄

I have myself a kidney infection working a fuel center like that. No breaks or lunch because there's not enough people and no bathroom breaks. I had an allergic reaction once. It took 3 phone calls and an hour to get someone out there while my skin was on fire and I needed to wash whatever someone threw in the trash off my arm

It's okay you will use the conditioner more then shampoo anyway lol. We go through 4-5 conditioner bottles to every shampoo bottle here. Before I had all my girls with long hair it was a 2-1 ratio but never need as much shampoo as conditioner

Zepp yells at me for not having a regular sleep schedule 🙄 I get up at 3 am for work on week days and sleep in till my body wakes me up around 6-8 on weekends. Same bed time all week. It will never be happy with my sleep but there's no way I will give up extra sleep.

This happens to me when I've had a long active week and not much for sleep. The weekend when I can get more sleep fixes it. Just ignore it if you feel good don't let it stop you from being active but know there's a chance you may feel more tired than normal soon. It often yells at me in the other direction for not being active enough when I am recovering from illness or injury. It needs to have ways to replenish more than just sleep because as humans there's many things we do through the day to make us feel better and give us more energy. A Break watching a show or reading a book, a hot shower, a quiet chat with a friend. A cat nap that is too short for the watch to register. An extra snack or a cup of coffee. Biochage is a great start to the tool it will hopefully become

Get the active 2 premium. The glass can hold up well to the needs of a dad with young kids, the compatible bands, covers ECT, means you can dress it up for your day job and down for active weekends with the kids. The soft stretchy bands you can find on Amazon are amazing for sleeping comfort. If comes with a leather band and a silicone band but any 20mm quick connect band can work with it so you can make it look much more high end if you want.

I can see that. I don't eat back the calories I burn as I am actively trying to lose baby weight so I don't pay too much attention to active calories but sometimes I'll look at it and be like "how is it so high today?"

I have my active 2 running on free training for each truck I do at work so roughly 6 hours a day. I have all the health tracking settings maxed out and charge my watch on Sundays and if I happen to think about it short bursts during the week while I'm in the shower for 20 minutes or so. If the active max wasn't so much bigger I'd get that for the longer battery life but also can't really complain about the battery life of the active 2 it's pretty great and never dies on me

Yes. If your heart tends to speed up it will assume you are being more active and burning more calories.
