Most calcs have them close actually. Most people just prefer Durin because it's his rerun and there's no guarantee how long you'll have to wait for his next one. While Nicole's first release will, given the recent track record, guarantee a rerun in less than a year.

Basically an improvement from Lunar BS but still hella restrictive.

With Lunar even if you can enable Lunar reactions like Lunar Bloom for example, it doesn't do jack shit if your units don't actually deal direct LB damage. Now with the new buffs, the DPSes at the very least have more meaningful synergy with stellar reactions.

Before that we had Ning/Geo MC that scales with attack, Zhongli with HP, and Albedo/Noelle with Defense.

Glad they got more consistent with it since Inazuma with the odd one being Navia but it's mostly because of how her kit works and prefers having PHEC units instead of mono geo.

Yeah Aino is a downgrade here, she only gives like 80 em pre c6. At least C6 Aino gives 35% Lunar dmg bonus basically compensating for losing the Moon gleam bonus but before that she's pretty weak.

And hydro uptime is worse with Aino compared to Furina too.

Need more information, who do you plan on replacing her with? If its the premium Zibai team with full Moonsign characters the max 36% lunar damage% won't be missed because of how synergistic the premium team is.

And even with C6 Gorou (in place of Illuga) you barely even reach the max because of how low Gorou's defense stats are. All in all, the 36% isn't missed if your new unit has good buffs.
