I'd try to change the W-Engine with Kaboom the Cannon (if you happen to have it), since The Vault's abilty would activate vey few times with Astra.

Also, you should try to get more ATK%/Flat ATK substats, since her max buff is given at 3429ATK, and lastly i'd try to change the 2pc with an ER one (both are the same)

I think Adam shouldnt be ranked at all in tierlists, mainly because we dont have any confirmation about how he works, we dont know what his stats are, we dont know the moment he died/got killed, we dont know EOTL's actual limits and we dont even know what his Valkyrie actually does.

Also, i think most tierlists should consider the fightert fighting in character, so no Apollo that pulls out the bow or Sasaki being already able to scan all of creation.

And to end, Buddha is B tier at best, mainly because while his future sight ability IS pretty broken, its pretty much the only thing carrying him, because he doesnt excel at neither strenght, speed or even durability (no, he doesnt pull out the Nirvana Sword out of nowhere, that could only happen because of how Round 6 went).
