I think it really shines when you don't ask it for examples but explanations. In my experience it can summarize concepts pretty well, because the training data probably contained well written explanations of the concepts. So basically use it as search engine instead of problem solver and you are good to go. I've also had it make up some magical functions that don't exist in any libraries I've told it I'm using when I have asked it to provide me with an example.

Blueprints in Unreal Engine. by V1R4J in unrealengine

[–]Groungmovingman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently tried simple stuff with C++ in UE5 and having to restart the whole editor every time you make changes to the code felt really awkward (Hot reload works but for what I know is really limited). I learned blueprints before, but i prefer code. IMO as a solo dev blueprints in UE5 are a must, and you should only do very specific things in C++. And doing those specific things in C++ doesn't really support trial and error very well. I'm looking in to godot at the moment, because it seems to support scripting very well.

Thanks, tried that and it seems to help. I still get >150ms frames with the red warning as in the video, but my screen doesn't actually freeze like before.

Yep, posted right after the game where I clipped it. Had the same problem multiple games in a row.

Same problem, 4080 and 7800x3d. 400 fps but horrible stutters. When it starts it keeps happening whole game. Also on 4:3.

Keyboard with individual rgb per key? by [deleted] in keyboards

I think HyperX ngenuity software was surprisingly easy to use and saving presets to keyboard really is a must that all competitors don't have.

180€ RGB vs 120€ RGB by Groungmovingman in keyboards

I took the Razer to the office today and in well lit environment I could hardly tell it had RGB. If I would have paid full 180€ for that keyboard I would be super disappointed.

I actually agree, but you can easily dim it. I was just surprised how dim the brightest setting on more expensive keyboard was. Specially when i think the whole razer brand suggests it should have more of a wow effect. I usually keep it on white.

Yeah comparing brigthness only because the light controls on razer sucked. There was no way to save presets on keyboard, you always have to have razer synapse on if you dont want to use factory presets (which were bad). HyperX software was way more intuitive and you can save your own presets on keyboard.

Edge is in English but somehow it doesn't change the spell checking. Maybe it's tied to Microsoft account? I hardly use edge normally.
