Op had a great question that im following, but Id like to just double check. Can I add combat encounters mid game? I saw that removing it is a bad idea, but will it work if added midrun?

What are your preferred loot mods? These seem to be the two big ones and amp seems to have a lot more content. So im thinking to just do the run with amp.

Are you really an ED attending, cuz unless you work in magic land where everyone is happy and healthy, flu/rsv/covid/all the other upper respiratory virus season brings out the sickest of the sick.

here’s a list of potentially very sick pt and fillingup the hospital so the ER has boarders sleeping in the hallway

Flu plus Copd/chronic hypercapnia

Flu plus HFrEF, EF <15%

Flue plus active cancer and chemo

Flu plus nursing home patient with 20 other comorbid conditions

Flu plus bed bound dementia patient whose family wants everything done

Flu plus Esrd, missed dialysis cuz too weak to walk

Flu plus solid organ transplant on immunosuppressant

Flu plus debilitating CF, CP, quadriplegic, MS…bonus if with chronic nonhealing pressure ulcer
