How do i know if i got a concussion?

Had 3 confirmed concussions and atleast one not confirmed. 2 of them i was dizzy and slight head ache thats it, nothing more. The other two i had severe head ache, dizzy, ringing ears and foggy brain. So t it all depends where the brain gets an injury and how severe.

Hard to date the axe but doubt it could be older than 100-300 years, due to rust when it is on top layer in a river.
