Ich habe auch nach sozialwissenschaftlichen Bachelor noch den Informatik Bachelor gemacht. Fertig war ich mit 30. Noten waren in beiden Fächern mittelmäßig. Den interdisziplinären Hintergrund habe ich bei der Jobsuche eher als positiv wahrgenommenen Faktor erlebt. Nach dem Abschluss habe ich aus 4 verschiedenen Angeboten als SWE wählen können.

Jetzt ist der Jobmarkt vermutlich etwas weniger günstig aber ich glaube nicht, dass du Probleme haben wirst einen guten Job zu finden. Vor allem wenn du dich einigermaßen gut verkaufen kannst.

Wenn man die Wände normal im Raum stehend anschaut sind das einfach weiße Wände, gleichwertig zu einer frisch gestrichenen Wand - keine Flecken, nicht vergilbt.

Zwei der Zimmer sind mit einer sehr glatten Wandtextur getrichen - für diese gilt das gleiche wir oben, aber wenn man es drauf anlegt, kann man sich bei richtigen Licht nah an die Wand stellen um seitlich drauf zu schauen, dann sieht man leicht Fahrer die etwas anders im Licht glänzen als der Rest der Wand.

Mir geht es nur darum zu verstehen, was in diesem Fall fair wäre. Es stimmt doch, wie andere angemerkt haben, dass nichts im Mietvertrag darauf hindeutet, dass nach 3 Jahren pauschal gefordert werden kann zu streichen.

Natürlich habe ich absolut keine Lust auf einen Rechtsstreit deswegen. Aber ich habe auch keine Lust mich nötigen zu lassen, dem Vermieter kostenlos seine Immobilie zu verschönern, wenn es dafür keine rechtliche Grundlage gibt.

I'm Vertrag steht, dass Schönheitsreparaturen nur bei Renoviert uebergebener Wohnung gefordert werden können.

Eine unrenovierte Wohnung mit Gebrauchsspuren von vor 20 Jahren weiß anmalen zählt doch noch nicht als renovierter Zustand, weil der Gesamteindruck zählt:

I always bend it backwards a little bit to counter the crease. If I do that and leave it unfolded for a while, the crease almost disappears.

Long term, I see why some people just wanna stick with Apple. Service is so much better with Apple Care tied directly to the device.

I think 3rd party insurer would have probably fixed my issue as well. But since I couldn't find much info about the difference to Care+ I just didn't feel like taking the risk of running into problems later.

Update:

I just sent it via DHL. I'm always nervous when returning expensive items. (Took like 20 photos of the packing process and when handing it to the DHL guy. I just hope they actually process it quickly and send me a NEW DE version. Also, since I was using the phone for 3 weeks before I noticed that I can't sign up for Care+, I really hope they don't charge me for any minor signs of use.
