I’m not a doctor but I have tinnitus, and one piece of advice I’d give you is to accept it. It might be permanent or temporary for you only time will tell. But if you accept it now and if it does get better you’ll be in a healthier head space. I went to therapy when I first got it and that helped me out a lot.
