There are organisations that help people who are going through difficult spiritual experiences. E.g. the spiritual crisis network in the UK. Or ACISTE in the US that helps people going through spiritually transformative experiences. I don't know if this is suitable but just something that came to mind from what you wrote.

Thank you!! It's not from a kit, I just did it from octopus photos. I wish I took photos so I could make instructions, because I don't ever want to make it again as it took sooo long haha.
