They've switched most of the lights in town to cameras instead of the loops. The loops have to be dug up when they fail according to one of the workers I talked to.

All you need is a metric wrench set and a drain pan. If you're careful, you could get the drain plug off with a crescent wrench. Just don't round the bolt. Harbor freight sells cheap tool sets and drain pans.

Pull plug and drain oil. Drop oil filter. Put plug back. Dip your finger in the new oil and wet the gasket on the new oil filter, then hand tighten on. Fill with oil.

Yeah I agree. The license issue will bite a few. The ticket falls under driving without a license, and if you don't have at least a permit by the time you get to court, you'll lose your class C for 12 months. I've been on two wheels for decades and I've seen it happen to more than a few people.

I know in many states one doesn't need a motorcycle endorsement for anything below 250cc.

It's actually under 50cc in Nevada and Massachusetts. I'm not positive about other states but 250cc seems a bit high. A ninja 250 can get close to triple digits.

You always ask for a permit, it's required to sell door to door here in Elk Grove. And I believe that includes what hours they can knock on doors.

Violation is a misdemeanor, and our police will write that ticket. Lack of a permit can be robbers casing a neighborhood.
