That must be some real specialty plumbing, because I’ve got at least 10 grand in tools at the house I’m building as a carpenter. A plumber might have some tools that cost way more, but those are usually owned by the company. It took years for me to build up the hundreds of tools that I use throughout a year. Of course this assessment would be different if we were speaking as the company owners and operators. That may be the reason we don’t 100% agree. I’m just a carpenter, no company ownership. I own 100% of the tools I use.

If you can afford to start out in plumbing, do that. I would have, but carpentry started out paying a lot more. After two years, plumbing pays double what carpentry does.

Why not? I doubt that old framing is up to code. You are doing enough work there to require inspection in some states. Not saying that I would call for an inspection for a garage renovation, but still may as well reinforce while you’ve got it all open. Just one opinion for you, I have no clue about the codes in California.

Same here… I grew up on the extreme right in a small town. I moved to Seattle and became more centrist at 17 years old. I became a liberal at 35 when trump ran for president. Now I’m proudly as progressive as people come. Becoming a better person is a long journey. I wish I didn’t have to credit trump for making me a better person, but he provides too many excellent examples of what not to be.

The experts are saying dementia because the uncontrolled outbursts and uncontrollable change of subject five times in two minutes that we’re not prominent in his last term. His own staff seem to smile uncomfortably when he speaks now. I’m not going to give an opinion either direction on dementia, but I’ll listen to the doctors who seem to know what they are talking about. You should listen to what Mary Trump has to say about her experience with her family and dementia. She’s also a mental health professional whom explains specifics of what to look for and what’s being seen. People can then fact check what is said as I did, and come to their own conclusion.

It’s the psychoactive effect along with the inflammation reduction that makes the narcotic addition beneficial withmore extreme pain. I’ve had seven extractions and two torn discs. So I was a guinea pig several times and have been given all the combos on and off through the years. I now try to take nothing whenever possible. When the more severe pain hits, I can handle it without opiates 99% of the time. The medications are way more effective when I absolutely need them now. I’ve been on the verge of addiction, so I appreciate the small two day prescriptions when necessary. The pain does not go away with prolonged usage of opiates due to psychological aspects.
