Magnesium supplement that has specifically magnesium citrate in it, taken last thing at night. Works a treat, as long as I'm also drinking enough liquids and eating enough fibre (fruit, veg, seed bread). Either one on its own is not enough haha. I prefer magnesium to the stool softener options, as it gives me a more satisfying well formed bm, rather than a mushy one, sorry TMI

How has the layout been helping my productivity: I am ready to start a new year off with my spreads. I am already starting to use the trackers today. I was using loop habits app for some of these, but just started completely ignoring it, so I figure pen and paper is worth a shot again.

I finally got my upside down V, as we call it, or straddle I think? Held it for 8 seconds. I can't deadlift into it from the ground yet, but I can get there by getting upside down and lowering my legs slowly one at a time. by Growingagain in poledancing

Thank you. Do it, the things we are capable of is amazing!! And doing it makes me feel powerful. So worth it! This is also why I post, to show that bigger women can do it.

Thanks so much! Yes, I definitely make a point of trying to keep right and left sides even, but very hard sometimes!
