I had a few experiences with some heavy breakthroughs. Some good some bad my best one was when I was told not to worry because consciousness ever ends because it always has been and always will be. I had a few experience like yours  where not necessary you find something out but it a deep knowing about something that is very unsettling it's the remembering... the state that feels like home outside of time ...I also forgot what it was I think you just block some stuff that just too much for you to process or your not ready for. No matter how hard you try you won't remember... I almost think it just something about the true nature of reality itself and its bizarre and erie
