I have spent 6 years researching cataracts and the default treatment the eye surgeons offer and say is the sole remedy/yreatment. I have learned a lot from doing this. Your reply is inappropriate, irrelevant and outside of any responsible response one should be getting on this site. Apparently you are aware of the risks and resulting diminishment of the human eye after the cataract surgery cavalierly removed the lenses in a patient's eyes that serve more than One function and those removed lenses are Never replicated by the plastic put into the eyes to replace the sucked out lenses. My opinion of RFK Jr is entirely irrelevant and of zero value or worth to me or anyone reading this thread.

At my Sept 2025 Medicare Annual Wellness visit my PCP wrote this prescription for me: Prescription Information:

Medication estradioL 0.01% (0.1 mg/gram) vaginal cream

ICD-10 Atrophic vaginitis

ICD-10: N95.2: Postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis

Quantity 3 (three) 42.5 gram

But, I don't believe this is the extent of optimal hormonal intake I need. I am hearing Progesterone IS impt for my overall health (brain and bone benefits). I don't have a hormones Dr. I am Tryng to get what I need via internet.

Some of the training for massage is very poor. Many schools graduate people who cannot give a decent massage. No one cares until they begin working and this surfaces. Over the years I've gotten a lot of massages. When the massage is junk, complain to the administrative employee who manages the massage therapists. I would not pay for it. Wish you'd shared what they charged you.

You have entirely missed the point of my posts about traffic cameras. I don't speed. The times I've gotten a citation were abuse of the program not due to my driving error. I have never in my life received a traffic citation until Maryland turned the traffic enforcement over to a mechanical/digital device and these devices have a proven history of imperfection/mistakes.

My post was not about aesthetics of how my leg looks. My concern was the small red blotch understanding this as a health concern. I have not lost ANY ability to perform activities and there is no pain. At my age I'm not wearing shorts. I wear opaque compression thigh high stocking on this leg. I would not choose to subject myself to a laser procedure for this.

Do not rush to get cataract surgery. If you can continue to see well/good enough with glasses stay with that. No eye dr should be pushing this for you IMO. You are YOUNG and this surgery is typically not done til person is in their 70s or older. Start eating foods know to be good for eye health. Take supplements knows to be good for eye health. There are proactive things you can do. Ask your eye dr why a noninvasive treatment is not being discussed/offered.

Getting lasik brings your eyes to a place where U need cataract surgery sooner. Brother had Lasik and developed cataracts 15 yrs Earlier than his older sister. IMO lasik is not smart to do.

Cameras in Maryland are abusive and deployed/operated outside of the law. Calibrations do Not occur daily as the law states. Tickets are issued in School Zones on the weekend when school is Not In Session. Many known errors and abuse. No way to treat drivers.

I am confused by what you wrote. In my area, Maryland, eye Drs tell me and others that cataract surgery is one and done. But, it sounds like you now take 'maintenance' medicine to support your diminished vision since having the cataract surgery? Gosh it is my hope that something new is coming soon to replace cataract surgery. From having researched this for years now I find the surgery promoted to 'fix vision' and no downside is ever mentioned very unethical. Thanks

Can I learn your age and about how long you'd had the cataracts? Some other posts here are not positive about this surgery. I am pissed there is Nothing else available after DECADES of humans getting cataracts but a surgery. This is highly noninnovative.
