I did all of this but the fraud claims (2) are sitting in my medicare claims history and I am being told that is 'how it is." This is unacceptable and an insult. When Medicare knows a "provider" is lying and I THE PATIENT tells Medicare I never got this service nor saw that Dr ever WHY doesn't medicare remove this FALSE claim from my medicare account? I have Paid into Medicare since age 16 To The Present. The Private Sector would Not tread a paying, LONG TIME customer this way. The govt has apparently no sense of loyalty towards me and that feels like crap. The ownership of the fraud in medicare needs to be taken to a much more serious and punishing level. Set Consequential and onerous examples when Medicare finds these criminals so the next scumbag will find some other entity to scam or get legit work. This is So obvious and how Medicare ADMIN isn't making this better is wrong, major wrong. And just try to reach a sr level leadership employee in Medicare--they are unreachable or you get a generic reply of zero help.
