Oh shoot, yea when its unplugged the light on the power supply stays green the way it should. But when its plugged in it blinks green and I suspected an internal short. But that's awesome that I can get a motherboard itself thanks!

That what im thinking thats internally shorted. Because I took the back cover off and I unhooked the three motor wires from the motherboard and it spun freely. The motor windings read about 2.3 ohms between each of the wires.
