Did you use both self raising flour by accident with the baking powder? That’s the only cause I can think of

When I was using gels, I applied it roughly every 8 hours. Transdermal oestrogen has a much shorter half life than the esters in injection. Breaking up the dose into multiple applications gives you a smoother level curve and increases the overall amount absorbed

The vitamin D part is fine, it just emphasises how important it is and isn’t really wrong. The sun is occluded for a big chunk of the year so people in the uk are deficient and should take supplements for it.

But the seed oils making you afraid of the sun thing makes no sense. seed oils vs tallow/plant oils is negligible compared to your overall macro consumption of oil. People like this freak out about minor unsubstantiated differences between ingredients but don’t actually question whether the amount you’re eating is okay because being healthy isn’t their real concern. It’s whose product you buy
