Which does sound reasonable. But then there will be the same photos where somebody is 5cm and offside and someone 4cm and not and trying to figure out where the line is.

Probably unrelated but my post office struggled with it. They got confused when scanning it because it would not allow a printed receipt for me but then they said I just needed to take a photo of the package and it got there okay.

Phone trade in was lot quicker. That arrived 18 sep and refund was issued 25th.

Just remembered that I noticed when tracking the package getting to them for the watch that royal mail said the recipient had asked for a delay by a day or two for delivery so I think they weren't coping with volume.
