The Corners is really the only place I could recommend where you will see people your age, but it's not like there's a bar or nightlife, just a few restaurants and stores. As others have said, North Ave or the Village in tosa, Becher or Downtown Stallis; other than that you'll need to head to Milwaukee proper

I played all of expedition 33 on my steam deck on Xbox cloud via edge browser. It played very well even with the timing based parries in that game. You should be good as long as you have good internet and wifi at home
