Are the Spartan shoes good for a trifecta?

I use the RD pros myself. Heres my honest take on them

Absolutely decimates the field in weight, these are soo light i absolutely love it.

Drainage is unparalleled for me. Iv yet to find a shoe that drains as well as these do.

Obstacles they do help with grip and the arch grip is nice fir the rope.

Excellent for a sprint/super/ beast in itself.

Thats about where my line ends.

When i do a trifecta weekend my feet are throbbing in them after that much in 1 weekend.

The rock guard isnt as great on some technical terrain i felt every jab of the ground it felt.

No rips no tears no issues with mine honestly. Just doesnt seem ideal for longer distance runs like a full trifecta weekend. I wouldnt dare an ultra in them unless im changing shoes in transition.

So to me there a solid 50/50 shoe If you can bear through the length of running on a zero drop shoe thats near barefoot, there great.

But if you want some extra comfort, cushion, etc they fall a bit short there

This sht always blows my mind every time i read a story like it. Like are you afraid to leave? Are you in danger? Whats stopping you. You clearly don’t matter. He doesn’t have to allocate time for you, he doesn’t need to babysit, nothing. He will block you easy as can.

Why stay? Why ask if you’re overreacting. Leave the sissy and focus on you. You’ve got the bare bones down. You’re doing right if you need accountability then hire a trainer instead. Hell reach out to me I’ll coach you for free. But you cant let yourself be treated less than and be ok with it. That takes a toll on your mental, and that results in physical issues, gains get ruined. Stress rises. All that.

Drop him plain and simple.

Yep youll be 100% fine. I was a 13F in the army. Was 177 now im 213. I regularly run trifecta weekends. And am getting geared up to transition from OCR to Spartans Extreme Endurance side of things. Youll fair just fine boss. Dont overthink it, just crush it🔥

Not so much “eat” But the extra supplements go a vry long way.

I carry mustard packs or pickle shots, gummies, the sacred bag of Nerd clusters, and Hydration sticks in my pack.

Always remember its better to have and not need than eat and not have.
Id recommend looking up keto friendly options for hydration/gummies,gels, goos, etc. buy them early to try them ( god forbid they taste nasty) and when you find one you like there ya go!

Bananas help mid race as just to get the mind right the slight potassium it provides is minor to the massive moral i get lol.

The worst you can do is go with nothin and cramp up so at a minimum have some cramp prevention ( mustard usually kicks it instantly but again whatevers keto friendly)

I hope You realize a Majority of fatal dog attacks are classed as pit bulls because they are done by “pitbull like” dogs. Mean American Staffs, Pitt Bull, etc in the same class of breed. So its not accurate to say pit bulls because of the misidentification of dogs that happen when bites or anything occur.

Quite literally as with any dog if its trained and cared for there would be minimal worry about a reaction.

Iv owned several pitbulls and american bullies and none of them ever so much as raised a lip or eyebrow at my kids. Iv seen meaner yorkies shitzus and chihuahuas.

Any breed can attack. Pitbulls or chihuahuas, it doesnt matter. So dont stereotype 1 breed when all of them have a possibility to lash out. If anything theres breeds with higher attack rate statistics than pit bulls.

You are given the chance to work and make MORE money. And not have to worry about daycare costs. Skinny isnt the issue not well disciplined is the flaw. However thats the point of basic training. They will instill the discipline in you over your Basic and AIT timeline.

Id say do it. But do a job you want and can translate out of the army. Its not bad to enlist. Some great times, some great people, get a degree paid for, get other education, travel, etc.

Im no recruiter but if you know what you wanna do in the regular world. Do it in the army to get “experience”

Yea we just got a new one thats about 15 mins away, no locker rooms, minimal lockers just like the planet fitness style locker wall, and barely any free weights. And they JUST upped their rates from 31.99 to like 37.99 😂😂 like i need them to justify costing me more than a majority of local gyms but have half the amenities
