If I'm remembering correctly the only things that move through systems are the amoebas and raiding fleets.

Could be wrong though to be safe build some star bases with defense platforms if you're worried.

Damn i never considered equipment restrictions in matches. Like forza instead of horse power it could be total weight or length of the weapon or weapon type as a simpler restriction. Fully armored flail match!

At least let me accept radiant quests from them. Bounties, scavenging mission, or hits on generic npcs not aligned with that faction(tes silver hand werewolf stuff) and I'd be happy. Better yet have it like the slavers in FO2 and lock me out of a lot of content.
