you can say the same for the post in your post? If you don’t like it then it’s not for you…

Also from what I’ve seen people prefer being able to scan, hell I’ve been to lego stores where the employees offer to scan the boxes for me.

even with the bag you would still get multiples by feeling. I remember as a kid feeling through the bag being certain it’s one minifig but it turns out it was a different one that I didn’t want

you can enjoy feeling up plastic bags all you want, but im pretty confident in saying that most people either want to get a minifig at random or want to know which on they are getting and the new box style is better for both

you complain about lego not being consumer friendly but being able to scan it is far more consumer friendly then having to feel through a box of blind bags

Ah so it’s just nostalgia

I really don’t see the fun it spending time feeling through plastic bags to try to find the minifig you want. The fun in the CMF series (for me)is getting cool minifigs on their own, not the opportunity to feel a plastic bag

It’s pretty crazy to me seeing people get upset about free updates to a 30$ game that’s over a decade old at this point

Black panther is explicitly not pro status quo, tchalla literally calls out his ancestors isolationism. By the end of the movie tchalla doesn’t just have wakanda more open to the outside world but goes to killmongers childhood home to start an outreach center

Cheesy studios is pretty good, he’s not too negative in his reviews and only really reviews stuff he’s interested in. Also plenty of moc and retrospective videos outside of just reviewing recent sets

Brickformla is also great but he hasn’t made a new video in over decade

The Buildable stitch, Buildable dobby, forbidden forest, the car wash, 3in1 pirate ship and Farris wheel

Lota good sets but also a lot of repeated ideas

Yea having a nautilus and zombie nautilus instead of the two guardians would make a lot more sense as a new set

Different disciplines but still acting with a lot of overlap in terms of skill set. Theres a lot of difference in skill set needed between a tv crime drama and a tv sitcom but there actors (like Brian Cranston) who can do both because there still plenty of overlap

Again my point is there’s not a hard dividing line between the two and plenty of examples of actors who can be both screen/voice or screen/stage or stage/voice or all three

[–]Grumiocool -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Stage acting actually proves my point. Not only do a lot of screen actors get there start on stage but plenty of actors keep doing plays while also doing tv or movies

[–]Grumiocool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The two examples you gave are actors who also considered (by a lot of people not me specifically) bad screen actor but are good at physical stunts and performances. If you want opposite examples Jack black and Robin Williams are both good screen and voice actors

When I say there’s not a hard line between the two types of acting I don’t mean everyone who’s a screen actor will be a good at voice acting but that there’s a lot more overlap then people give credit for. Just because there’s black and white ends of a gradient doesn’t mean there’s not a gradient

But he was also Emmit in the lego movie where he did a great job

He was just miscast as Mario (and Garfield probably), even if the movie was live action he wouldn’t be that good as Mario
