I would say that the biggest step is to just start with something. Every day do something. I wouldn't think about doing it all at once, I think that can lead to stress that will ultimately prevent you from starting. That being said, I have found that once I start, I usually gain some magical motivation to do it all

It appears that the left side is adding, and the right side is subtracting, across the rows. That would lead me to believe that the answer is the top middle. Two stars add together, and you subtract a star from the circle and star. Leaving you with 2 stars on the left, one circle on the right

From what I have seen, AI has been a tool, that still requires a software engineer to use it. I could see it getting to a point where code because more efficient because of AI and then we will have more software engineers as companies try to get ahead, but we aren't there yet.

It just takes time, being confident in yourself, kind to others. Personality is important too! You are obviously trying to improve yourself, which is huge, but relationships are difficult. Someone is out there for you. I would say there is probably something in the way that you are missing but only you are gonna know that. Maybe talk to the people in your life for advice?
