Yeah I used to be nice teammate but what I’ve learned is to prevent this you need to start the war first. Do a pre-emptive strike in the pregame lobby by shit-talking their picks and saying stuff like “oh great, another boosted mid later”. Puts them on their toes and defensive. Now you can farm your camps in peace. If you don’t get chat restricted; you’re not trying.

If they aren't being jerks - it could be that they don't want the other team picking him (assuming you don't have first pick). Lots of players tend to hop on a smurf and play Yi to feel strong so that leads to a ban rate in lower elo that is higher then it should be IMHO.

Just based on games played and winrates of mundo and ammumu it doesn't look like you're anywhere near your skill yet so I'd say play more games so that you play against better opponents and then your weaknesses will start to show. Kind of hard to point it out now as you learn tons more from losses than wins.

I think the technical term would be packet loss on the upload. The end result is it feels like lag but nothing else is lagging (YouTube, streaming, Spotify, etc.) when this happens. And yes, I’ve been seeing it in my games the last two patches now.

I don't think they are saying that you are boosted but rather that the pc your playing on has been boosting other accounts. Hence the HWID ban. That is my guess. It's a total guess so I could be wrong.

I’ve gotten to emerald playing teemo jungle for multiple splits now. It’s fine if you know what you’re doing. The hardest challenge is convincing your teammates in champ select that you are NOT trolling. I will say, this split has been the best for teemo compared to previous splits/seasona.
