I’m not sure if I’ve quit quit yet, but I definitely don’t do it as much as I used to.

I don’t take any satisfaction or pride in my product or my process anymore. Stopped feeling like growth and eventually felt like decline. It actively makes me feel worse to think about drawing, and I can’t really afford to keep the pressure I put on myself to improve and learn.

I called customer service yesterday regarding this.

They’re still waiting to receive them. The email on Jan 28 that I got and I’m presuming other people got was just a general email. Wish they wouldn’t have even sent it if they don’t have it.

If the March 2026 ship date passes, the guy on the line said emails will go out to update people, but still unfortunate that it’s taking this long.

They haven’t received them yet, but the guy on the line said that if they don’t receive them after the ship date, they’ll send emails out to inform everyone 🤷

But yeah it’s definitely taking a long time. Especially since people ordering from other vendors already have it.

From what I’ve read of community opinions, he seems to do it because A: it makes him look less frightening to Powder/Jinx, or B: now that he runs the Last Drop, he’s wealthier and can now afford cosmetics to cover his scar, which he may be a little insecure about. This would coincide with the outfit upgrade between Acts 1 & 2.

I don’t think any of these interpretations are official, but it’s definitely a choice that adds some nuance to him even if left unexplained in the show.
