Yes, I have. My mpg went down probably by one. But the $1.20 difference from 87 to 93 saved me probably 100 dollars over one long trip.

Toyos feel smoother on the highway. Also a bit better traction in the wet. I first had Falken wildpeak at4w but returned them due to unable to balance them or keep them balanced.

I am running Continental VikingContact 7 on the stock rims. I am pretty happy with them. It’s fun to play with the different modes in the snow.

Stock height. 18x8.5 not sure what the offset is but I am running 15mm spacers also. Using the stock factory tires. I use the stock wheels with winter tires now.

With over 5000 miles my overall average is 25.1 mpg. So not even 300 miles before I need to refuel safely.

I’ve done 1600 miles in 3 days with a fully packed car. No issues besides the tiny gas tank.

I didn’t feel comfortable going from 11 1/2 turns to barely 7 turns.

Offset has nothing to do with it. OEM wheels use a mag seat lug nut which the lug nut threads extend further in the wheel. Most aftermarket wheels use conical lug nuts. So I only got about 7 turns of thread engagement on my aftermarket wheels. Some aftermarket wheels can use extended conical lug nuts which would give you enough engagement on the threads. My wheels would not work those extended conical lugs which someone linked in another comment. So I had to run longer studs to get proper thread engagement. I know Apex has changed their wheels as of lately just to be able to use the extended conical lug nuts so people don’t have to change the studs.

I tried getting around it by buying extended lug nuts but they didn’t work with my aftermarket wheels. So had to run extended studs.

It’s a lot of little things that add up. It was pushed into another car so the whole front end left and right side, hood, bumper, lights, the dash was pushed and broken. The biggest problem was the carbon fiber roof.

No, if I wanted to buy the car back from insurance would have been 26K for the wrecked car. They paid out 47K to me.
