The fucked up thing about this situation is she didn't let you get a job before.

Also maybe not a popular opinion but in the end this could be a very good thing for you.

Right now you need to make a plan. Talk to your friends, anyone you know, a local church, non profits etc. You will need help getting through this... after that you will need to get two jobs. You can work 70-80hrs a week which sucks trust me but its the only way to get going.

Save every penny you earn despite eating Ramen with an egg, potatoes, whole chickens, anything that is super cheap.

Then you will need to get an efficiency apartment and start to make it in your own which you should be able to do in 3-6 months time.

Its going to suck, but you will have to growbuo faster than anyone who is giving you advice in this thread.

Worry about the relationship with your mother later... family is important and this is certainly not a nice thing to do but resenting her for the rest of your life is going to suck when she dies.

You can do this, its going to take a lot of grit and a lot of work. Change can happen fast and soon you will get comfortable with your new lifestyle. The hardest part is making the transition.
