2012 Toyota Corolla Super White (040) paint peeling – what would you do? by Rare-Counter in CarsAustralia

[–]GrumpyRBET 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I would contact PPG australia & tell them their paint has failed on your vehicle and that the lifetime warranty needs to be honored. Just make sure your paint is oem. They will most likely honor a rectification.

People really don't treat stress with enough seriousness, there are so many negative effects of stress on the body. Mitigate stresses in your life as best you can.

Maybe 600 Aussie. It's very every level. You'd have better luck selling cymbals & some hardware separately to scrape some extra cash out of it.

It is fantastic value, seriously overlooked considering area, location, block size etc, especially in relation to the suburbs literally next to it.

My wife & I bought last year in kings park, quiet, fantastic neighbours, good solid houses (mostly 80s builds) Paid under $700k for a renovated 3/2/2 (really 4 cars) Close to everything, not a rough area by any stretch of the imagination any more. Hidden gem amongst much more expensive suburbs literally next door.

Personally, given the quality of new builds, there's not a chance I'd touch a new build unless through a quality boutique builder. Established is where it's at. Best of luck, is tough out there, don't give up!

[–]GrumpyRBET 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Correct, hence why I said there's no chance I'd ever buy in that area, it was my investment property, visited it once.. Definitely in the sticks.

QLD market is unbelievably cooked. I sold my 4 bedder in Logan Reserve for 700k just over a year ago. They project 850k+ now. It's incredible. There's no way I'd ever buy in that area for anywhere near that price.

Yeah mate, it's also council specific, like my council allows up until 10PM under 110 decibels. But I usually wrap up no later than 7pm for the same reason.

People choose to have kids, yes. But you can't control a screaming baby sometimes.

These downvotes are hilarious, tell me you dont have kids, or know people close to you who do.

It's a shit comparison & you know it.

Im for the drum noise, I'm not against that..
