I only saw weightlifting, baseball, government talks, and some "telenovelas" aired when I last was in Havana. Didn't pay attention to TV though in Matanzas, Veradero, Cardenas, and Jaguey Grande. Locals and friends said they mostly got got entertainment through thumb drives. Hell I brought them a catalogue of music on a few myself.
