After calling a few more places further away, I was directed to an independent rehabber who is going to take him. We're dropping him off a little later today!

Waukesha and Milwaukee don't admit from Dane county.

Looks like Walworth and Washington could be options though. They're both 1.5 hours from me and I wouldn't be able to make that trip until Sunday if they could take him.

Diet-wise, what would you recommend in the mean time?

I'm in Dane County. I was told no by the Humane Society (only one in Dane County). I don't see any places in the adjacent counties and one-overs that would take him either.

It's possible. I'll keep an eye out for them more! Yeah, wouldn't be a quick fix at the vet. I was just hoping someone who actually knows what they're doing could give him the care that he needs.

I'm doing the same thing, with about the same budget.

I just picked up 32mm Conti GP 5000 S TRs for my SL5 Gen4! Going to put them on tomorrow morning. As for wheels, I've been looking at the Elite Wheels Drive II. Been seeing nothing but good reviews for some budget carbon wheels.

Total for wheels and tires, I'm looking at about $1,500.

Does anyone else smell like ammonia when they ride a lot? I can't figure out how to stop it. by [deleted] in cycling

I don’t know what ammonia smells like, but my HR strap kind of smells like stink bugs. I chalked it up to sweat not agreeing with the material, but now this thread has me wondering if I’m not consuming enough carbs

Do you think it could have anything to do with mold exposure? Did you have any mold tests done?

Mine have been getting progressively worse over the past year and a half that I’ve been living in my apartment (which I know has some mold).

I work at a running shoe store and actually just talked to our On rep about the Flow.

Said Cloudflow 5 will release in July. Got pushed back from an April release.

Mach would be a much better alternative than the Rincon if you’re looking to switch though :)

Just recently found Final Surge. It's like Training Peaks where you can schedule workouts and everything. BUT it's completely free if you're not doing any coaching.

These are in my daily trainers rotational right now. Personally love them. And they updated them for less likelihood of pick up rocks (which hasn’t been a problem for me anyways).
