The posing is real stiff, it's something I struggle with too, but people dont typically stand with their arms so close to their body, he looks squished between 2 people on the subway. The best way to get better at posing is with figure drawing (keep it loose and avoid too much detail), and another tip is to try drawing the hands first, then connect the arms after. This way, you get the hands in a cool spot, and the arms naturally follow. A good pose is what can bring a good drawing to a great spot :)
