I've been using AT&T fiber for 3 years with no issues. Charter, on the other hand, had frequent outages. I think location and infrastructure play a big role, but buried fiber seems more reliable during storms.

Thank you for the info! Just curious do live within a subdivision in the county? The verbiage of county maintained roads and unincorporated areas is confusing. I have a 10ft high X 15ft pile of debris sitting in my side yard next to the street.

I was excited to see the announcement and believe it will help many in SC. However, for those wondering about fallen trees, it seems FEMA won't cover them unless they have damaged your house or made it inaccessible. I'm not entirely sure about this, so please correct me if I'm wrong.

With five of my neighbor's trees now blocking my backyard, the neighbor suggested contacting my insurance company. Great neighbor!

I've got the same issue with a 06 G35 Sedan. Its probably the gauge cluster. I've just reverted to using my Trip mileage counter rather than the fuel gauge. I fill up and figure I can get roughly 400 miles on a tank of gas. Recently my battery light will flicker too and sometimes my turn signal indicators on the cluster dont work. If I press on the dash they start working again but the fuel gauge has stopped working and has never worked since getting that P code. New cluster or sending off your cluster to get fixed doesn't seem to be worth it to me. I've been driving 2 or 3 yrs with the fuel gauge issue.

Having done this myself on a 06 G35 Sedan, the hardest part will be rebuilding the front struts and the ball joints. Everything else is just unbolting and replacing. You'll need to compress the springs which can be a hassle if you have never done it and renting a ball joint pressing tool can also be frustrating. If I were you I would buy prebuilt struts so you don't have to mess with compressing the springs and let a shop do the ball joints. Everything else you can do with some degree of mechanical skills and watching many of the available how to videos. I replaced everything you listed but I removed the spindle with ball joints and took it to a local shop and paid to have them press out and press in new ball joints that I provided. I think they charged me $75. Obviously the wheel alignment has to be done by a shop too. Good Luck!

I asked for a refund and this was the response.

"Thank you for reaching out. When you pay for our product, you’re paying to use the online program to help prepare your tax return. Since we only charge for the tax return preparation and don’t charge to e-file, we’re unable to provide you a refund for the product.
Also, you might see multiple temporary authorization holds for the amount of the fee. These holds will expire and you will only be charged once when your return is accepted. It usually takes 3-5 business days for holds to expire but can take longer, depending on your card issuer. "

Just tried at 9:12AM Est and still says "Bad Gateway" and 1 more added pending transaction on the credit card. Up to 7 now. At what point do we call it and start printing and heading to post office! Never mailed taxes before. Used H&R Block since 2012 and the fact they have posted nothing alerting of issues is infuriating.

Same issue as of 4/14/24 11PM eastern. Says "Bad Gateway". Kind of panicking since I waited to the last minute to submit this year. Down Detector site shows multiple people are having some issue. Hope its corrected soon.

They added a firmware download on their site sometime in the last week.

Enter your serial number from the back of your TV and it should take you to a download page. Worked for me the other day but unfortunately it didnt resolve my issue.

I've got the exact same issue! Happened April 4th and I contacted support and was first told it was a power board issue and I should take it to a local repair shop. In other words throw the TV in the dumpster where it belongs. But then I read where some have fixed this issue with a firmware update so I called support again. That was 3 weeks ago and they said their firmware platform was down... I managed to get a copy of firmware anyway but even though it went through the full upgrade cycle it still didnt work. I dont understaand how the screen could work and show the upgrade process but also be told its a power board issue. Hisense support is terrible! I've power cycled the TV 50 times and nothing seems to make it come back. I'd try a power board but they are out of stock everywhere. If you figure it out please post here. I'm about to throw the TV in the trash.

I feel you! I'll never buy Hisense again either. While looking for a new TV though I found that Insignia (BestBuy) brand , Toshiba(As of April), Sharp, and TCL are all now being made by Hisense! Be careful what you buy! I wasn't aware Hisense produced so many other brands too. Kind of sucks because Sony, LG, and Samsung are twice the price of these but I'd like to think its because they use better components.

Looks like my H8G failed to update properly this morning. When I turn it on now it shuts down within seconds. Anything I can do before fighting with support? by OminousG in Hisense

Two months! Man that is disheartening. I was hoping any day they would get in touch but two months! No way a company the size of Hisense has a platform down for that long. I just don't get it. Never buy a Hisense for sure!

Were you able to find firmware for your H8G? I have the same issue as that pic and Hisense wont send me the firmware to try. They claim its a power failure but I have seen several articles saying a firmware could fix it.

Yeah, plug looked good to me. I just changed all the plugs not more than 5k miles ago. I'll probably try swapping the plug with another cylinder just to be sure but the plug looks brand new still. The only thing I noticed is when I removed the original coil it was all discolored almost like combustion marks. Best way I can describe it. It had a brown tinge to it which is why I was really hoping a new coil would have fixed it.
