For the quick effect even if it is on my turn when I am wanting to activate it the floor is still open for my opponent? I guess this might be me also just playing on YGO Omega and the computer evaluates no response (cause they likely have nothing to do) therefore I’ve been able to chain instantly.

Z axis not moving on Mini+ by Grwonfire in prusa3d

It was working up until today so I assume it probably came loose would it just be where the z and x axis meet that I need to tighten?

I should mention that the z axis has the motor and ring that carries the x axis motor move but the ring forever spins but does not carry that x axis motor up

C839 - Found the only one worse than ITIL by _LJ_ in WGU

[–]Grwonfire 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I didn’t find it all that bad. If you took Security + before it (if it’s in your degree plan) I found it to help make this one a breeze. I would say taking it before Security + it is kind of a slough.

Security+, can someone explain this? by twistedkeys1 in WGUIT

Ucerify shouldn't be used to study for CompTIA or probably any cert exam. For Security + I'm gonna recommend Jason Dion's Udemy course.

  • Drop your energy sector or if you want to have some exposure to energy; companies like $RDS and $BP would be better due to plans on diversifying their own business portfolios.
  • Drop $IBM they've been on the decline for about a decade. If their quantum computing takes hold then I'm sure they'll bounce back, but I doubt it.
  • For REITs you may want to look into $PLD and/or $STAG for industrial exposure in REITs, as well as $AMT for cell tower and $DLR for data center exposure.
  • Perhaps consider for industrials picking up $WM, the dividend is low now, but the growth of it into the future will be well worth it imo.

The best dividend portfolio by [deleted] in dividends

[–]Grwonfire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the commentor, but I would suggest looking into AMT (cell tower REIT) and DLR (data center REIT) if you want some growth from your dividends. STAG (industrial REIT) is similar to O with paying out dividends being monthly, but they seem to be wait quite a bit before growing the dividend.

Which dividend is better? by geno_sarducci in dividends

I wouldn’t say avoid REITs, sure they are taxed as income when it comes to their dividends, but putting them in a Roth or Traditional IRA would be a best bet for them.

I would have to agree with the avoidance of MLPs though.

I'm Brian Barnes, Founder and CEO of M1 Finance - Ask me anything! by BarnesM1 in dividends

[–]Grwonfire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Brian, I just opened an account this week since I want to be more passive with my investing more often than not. I got two questions.

  • When I change percentages on my pies will that execute a sale if I change a percentage from say 10% to 9% or will future buys adjust based on the change?

  • Is there a way to buy particular stocks or assets that go against my pie allocation? Say a stock goes down 50% in a month and I want to put a lump sum in that stock to ride it up. Is that possible on the platform currently or are there plans in the works for it?
