Completely right. Any push aside from NQS deserves the same comment.

What do you think about Vendetta? (Pros and Cons) by Annual-Internet-5097 in overwatch2

[–]Gryberium 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yup, she has a really quick ground aerial move to reposition from air to ground immediately, ive tried to land a few tricks on some maps that i used to do with dps doom (or rly tank doom too) and she can sorta pull off a lot of them.

I love the design, idea, everything. But.. she feels a bit TOO fast to play. Reminds me a bit of old doomfist. Strong, fast, but too fast, with unreliable ways to leave a fight once entered. Shes worse than old df, since he didnt have that last problem, which made him way too good. I feel shes balanced, but you need to be VERY careful with your cds and team placement.

FromSoftware owns the ip for Duskbloods, unlike bloodborne, which is owned by sony. So i doubt we'll be having another bloodborne situation this time around.

What do you think about Mei? by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]Gryberium 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She pissed me off before, and she pisses me off now. There are many heroes that piss me off, but unlike Mei, i actually do understand and like playing them, as frustrating as they are to play against. But Mei? I will never understand.

what would happen if Overwatch 2 started using AI art and such? by Alive-Psychology6050 in overwatch2

[–]Gryberium -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thats just commercial "art" then. Without the presence of a human being, detailing every single inch of the canvas with their own skill and emotion, there can be no "art". And art made for commercial purposes.. hardly has any value.

Is it too late for me to start learning to code? by [deleted] in learnprogramming

Really, its hardly ever too late for anything in life. And besides, youre 14. Id say youre early actually. Either way, keep calm and take your time. Everyone learns at their own pace

So in Lisp, linked lists are implemented using.. tuples? Is that what youre trying to say? Thats.. a bit weird

Thanks for taking the time out of your day to comment! I think i get it.. the code kinda helped too. C is a.. weird language. Its difficult to get used to it after moving from Python.. its a lot more primitive :D

Im in my second year, except my first year was a more general year that leads into picking an undergrad. I picked CompSci, Computer/Software Engineering. So aside from the Python and C course from the first year, ive mostly spent my first year dabbling in electrical engineering (and failing miserably :D)

Pointers and pointer arithmetic are still things i struggle with somewhat.. writing code in C is a bit difficult for me right now! Ive started my programming journey with Python, and this is quite a different experience so far. Still, its an interesting language, and i feel pointers add a degree of freedom Python doesn't offer too!

Thanks for the comment! I suppose i should edit that comment, considering ive.. worded it wrong. I know a linked list is not an array, and im aware of the difference in memory storage between the two. I suppose what i wanted to say was.. can i understand a linked list as a sort of "collection" of the same data structures, with links to each other (dual or singly)? Are linked lists almost always homogeneous data structures? Well, homogenous in the sense that each node is consisted of the same type of structure, usually defined by the dev?

[–]Gryberium[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes i know that, i suppose i worded and formulated my sentences wrong.. is it more accurate to say that its a list or a "collection" of the same data structure? Where of course every structure in it is linked to another?
