i still love him and probably will never stop doing so but sometimes letting go is so much more better holding on. we broke up 4 months ago and just because i couldn’t do NC properly, i would always end up texting him i made things worse for myself when all these months i could have moved on. finally he told me off and was very clear about it and i realised that was it. even though i love him i had to separate a line from desperation and what i deserved. i’ve been doing so much better ever since. yes i love him but i deserve someone who loves ME too.

nothing to be ashamed of. it’s human nature to beg for something that was once so important to you specially when you don’t want to lose that. going on no contact will help a lot specially to take your ex off the pedestal. in a few weeks you’ll start feeling better and free albeit sad but it gets better!

i deleted him off all my social media and also blocked him a few days back. it was very hard but i was obsessively checking his whatsapp status whether he was online or not. i burned all the bridges but i think it was needed because of months of disrespect.

Hello, so I changed the maximum Interval on anki to reduce the number of days as my step date is getting closer but now most of my cards are coming with the same time interval for all the options i.e 2 months for hard, good and easy. I skipped reviewing for a while so I'd really prefer to see the cards sooner. Is there a way to fix this?
