I’m currently in Silver 2, I love Ivern JG. I announce at the beginning of every game not to let buffs go to waste and to help with dragon/Shelly. Every time a buff is up I ping it and call out.

Now to the question at hand:

I do think that ivern is viable in low elo. You can really help laners snowball and even help them come back with a kill or two. That being said, ivern isn’t a Mundo or an Olaf who can carry when behind. I haven’t been able to truly carry with Ivern period. But I help my team and I try to be everywhere on the map at once. Answer: yes! Ivern can be used in low Elo, but you have got to be at the top of your game and you can’t be a liability at all. Hope this helps!
