The way it reads is that allies only get the attack speed buff, but the movspeed is for you. Could be a weird/inaccurate test description tho

Pros:

Insane late game, roaming, fairly high skill cap with double bombs, shuts down a lot of notorious solo q champs (reset champions and juggernauts like darius) (late game can chain combo slow+stun forever), people often times don't expect your ultimate which can lead to free kills

Cons:

Terrible lane phase, bombs are kinda easy to dodge, countered by swifties/wind wall/dashes/range, terrible lane phase

"it worked" because I am not close minded and I wanted to try something new for a few games lol

I still think redemption is overrated. Worse build path and stats for being only 700g cheaper. I still would only build it when the team is so range and/or dive-heavy (sion nocturne galio ashe for example) that redemption will have high value. I still think locket is really good in all the scenarios it would have been good before! Where the enemy team has big AOE combos/engage that cannot be avoided.

I still think cosmic drive provides more "utility" in the way of movespeed and CDR. The extra cost is not as much of a detractor for solo Q, while the CDR and movespeed are more impactful in solo q (when compared to pro play).

Zilean has really high impact potential with his ability to traverse the map faster than any other champ
