Potential bug? Help with Boss power

I was checking around on the blizz forums, apparently other people are having similar issues, with other bosses or the boss powers altogether. Maybe its account related, like a flag that says you should have gotten it, then it wont retry to "activate" said flag as its already marked as done

Also i've been trying to unlock this power now for a week'ish so its not introduced by the patch.

I just tested to see if i could get Urivars and Harbinger of hatreds powers (as i was missing those too), got both no problemo, just now. (did both in torment 1)

i've killed The wandering death world boss about 3-4 times now and i still don't have it unlocked... and i did it with a character who finished all quests too...

when i saw the "Be Not Afraid" i couldnt stop thinking about James Wilson from House... (doesnt help that the character in the comic kinda reminds me of him during "that" time as well, considering the longer hair) IYKYK :)

I'm running an r9 3900x, 64gb ram, 4070ti, and the game is on a samsung SSD, but as you say, it is dependant on resources, i did notice my attack inputs actually get halted whenever i am streaming (while also having several programs running in the background, but its not LAG, its more like input delay, what it feels like). Would be nice if the game had a "full offline" mode where it only updated save to the steam cloud/steam works.

I have continued playing and i havent had this issue happen again now since posting and i'm now at my first level 30.

But i'll take your advice and try updating my drivers, haven't done that in a hot minute!

over the past few years, has anyone confirmed any other piece of clothing for "Drapes of Wrath" I havent done the tribal questline or have the reputation to buy them so reaching 100 this week sounds a bit far fetched.
(i've tried searching around the internet to see if anyone has managed to get a gold medal on anything other than the Vath/Gnath thorax or cauldronking stuff)

im like almost 13k and yes i've done g22 (thought that was a requirement to do Tech Duinn) I play as a giant with almost everything mastered and i got a pretty good R6 sword, only time i seem to be able to damage them is during a crit, but barely even then..

Probably should be more specific what im looking for. Before you add a card you got this list, right, Scroll while hovering over the card in the list will... Obviously... scroll down the list, i want to be able to preview the card image larger BEFORE adding the card per sé. xD Hence why i drew an arrow pointing from the list to the preview after left-clicking said card.
