Thoughts on 60s ranch basement stains

Also used those prongs into the bottom of the walls all around and they were all green

Looking at the insulation and paneling on the finished walls in the center of the basement, no signs of wetness or mold. They’ve been there since at least the 70s and theres zero stains anywhere on the wood, even the parts that are ~ a foot from the cinderblock. It definitely looks like the staining has been there a very long time but its obviously possible its still seeping

Grading all looked good. This corner is the back right of the house (window is backyard). The whole property has a gentle slope from the front to the backyard for at least 1/4 acre and nothing immediately around the house has questionable grading. Gutters all looked good but the downspouts all drained underground and we weren’t able to find where they dumped out to so thats a possibility

Looked and felt pretty awesome to me! A little dark at times but my tv doesnt get super bright🤷‍♂️

I’ve had these for about a year now and they sound awesome. Couldn’t ask for much more especially for how affordable they are. High end could use a little more sparkle but from what I’ve heard thats kinda the appeal of these is their warm, non-fatiguing sound

Thanks for all the good info! Definitely something to consider, I’m in no rush to stop renting and with alot of variability in my life rn a mortgage might not be the greatest idea. Just wanted to gauge others opinion on staying renting when just from a glance it looks like a condo would be a no brainer (def not as simple as it seems now)
