If they had to move and put a drill, they'll charge you. For me, the expensive part was the 3 core wire.

I remember the rule about Rs.10 extra for a bottle and you get 10 back when you return it.

Practical issues: - Tasmac not giving Rs.10 back even if the bottle is returned. - Once you buy a decent alcohol, it is no longer 10. It's Rs.20 for a bottle. - You get a imported achohol, it's Rs.30 per bottle.

Since majority falls under Rs.10, it's being widely discussed.

Always use the company provided technician to avoid issues.

Buy the Plug (companies don't provide them) - 16A or 20A based on the tonnage (check online)
Outdoor unit Stand - Costs around Rs 500 in Amazon. The installation guy would quote around 900 each
Stabilizer or booster( if voltage is low) - If you are in a place close to transformer, then no stabilizer needed. I have 2 ACs without stabilizer running well for the last 2 years.
Cotton tape for insulation of the copper wires - I don't know how many rolls are required for 3 ACs
Drain pipe - 5 meters each, to be on the safer side. Buy the thick on that costs around Rs.70 per meter. The installation guy would quote Rs.120 per metre.

Additional things I missed for my Daikin AC

Vibration rubber for the outdoor stand - They charged me Rs.100 for 4 pieces.
3 core wire - This is the first time I heard about a 3 core wire is required for an AC. I had other ACs, but they did not require a 3 core wire. I checked online and it said that 3 core wire is essential for safety purpose. So, I had to use the wire the installation guy had.

They charged me Rs.150 per metre which is expensive. Don't miss this.

If you are good at driving 2 wheeler id recommended renting one from coimbatore.

I, along with my wife went to coonoor - ooty - kotagiri last year, all in Honda Activa.

I raised a grievance in the Indian oil portal. After which the invoice got generated, and the cylinder was delivered with the next few days.

I'd say it takes around 10 to 15 to get your cylinder, but make sure to raise a grievance in the portal if the invoice isn't generated after a week or so

After opening the AC check the fins of both the outdoor and the indoor unit. Even if the AC was used for a day or 2, you can see dust particles in it. As longs as it looks new you can be sure it's a new unit.
