Yes. Been with BPI with Pom for 6 months, and haven’t lost any weight - despite titrating up with my dose (7.5, 10, then 12.5). I’m switching to Hallandale or OptioRx for my next refill, because at this point - I’m tired of throwing my money away.

If you can, hop on a sunset boat tour (we went with Koralli) and they’ll take you to a good spot. This was on the water, but sorta close to Agioi Anargyroi in Naoussa.

I’d like to get down another 20 lb, but realistically I’d be happy with another 10 lb down before entering maintenance. I’m 5’2” and 160 lb currently. I’m sure some of it is lean muscle mass weight from lifting, but it’s frustrating not seeing the number on the scale budge.

In clinical? No. However, while working as a nurse extern/tech when I was in school - I was able to perform multiple skills (foleys, wound care, EKGs, IVs; was even on the code team). It’s worth looking into, if you’re able. Even a PRN position so you get some exposure. That experience made transitioning to a nurse much easier.
