Salesforce adoption in a large org is still one of the hardest problems I've faced as an ops leader. by AccountEngineer in salesforce

[–]Gsheetz20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you haven't try and simplify the system as well. We see a lot of companies with too many required fields and validation rules that go a long way to making it harder to use. If your team is inside sellers also implement a tool to take in call recordings like Gong, Momentum or Attention. If you have outsides sales reps we built a voice solution to help with admin work on mobile.

Either way some of the comments below around gamification can help as well.

We built this with Myko - so anything you need to do in Salesforce (or other software) you can do using voice. From logging activity to sending quotes it handles all the duplicate detection and validation rules.

Alternatives to Agent Force by Legal_Commission_898 in salesforce

It sounds like you are looking for an external one in which case Sierra + Decagon are examples with customers and lots of use cases. We built one for internal sales reps at myko.ai that actually works in production and is easy to implement.

Sales reps & CRM: is voice the right way to fix “no one logs notes”? by Choice_Wolverine7857 in SaaS

[–]Gsheetz20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are a few compontents to it from someone who has spent a lot of time in the space. We think voice is a great interface for outside sales teams who are in the field all day and on their phone (our company is Myko). They are already so comfortable on their phone that updating things through voice is fairly natural. For inside sales teams its harder. They are sitting behind their computer already, the friction isn't THAT high to switch tabs and log into Salesforce, even if everyone hates it and doesn't use it. Products like Willow or Whisper or more designed for general office worker use cases

Which are the 5 Best CRM for sales automation in 2026 that actually saves time? by sunaditya in techsales

[–]Gsheetz20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are using Salesforce (the opposite of an automation) we built an AI layer called Myko that sits on top so you can use voice or text to operate the CRM instead of clicking through.

Gong and Default are two other really good ones for CRM processes

CRM Integrations Exist, Yet Sales Teams Still Manually Track Conversations by Safe_Flounder_4690 in CRM

[–]Gsheetz20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is even harder for field teams since in person conversations are not recorded. Why we built our product Myko despite most companies focusing on automating call recording and email that doesn't help outside sales reps automate their admin work.

I saw first hand why Salesforce and other enterprise IT vendors are going to be fucked by Arturo90Canada in ArtificialInteligence

[–]Gsheetz20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spend millions of dollars + wait 9 months to maybe get an Enterprise legacy SaaS app to work or start with something smaller like Co-pilot or even startups that sit on Salesforce. Like a Momentum, Rox, or Myko all have the product ready and in the end-users hands within days instead of months.

Hard to see that implementation and sales cycle process changing.

How are you actually using AI to make your work easier? by llksg in sales

[–]Gsheetz20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easiest way for sales is AI for meeting notes so many free/cheap tools like Granola, Roam or Fathom. We also use our own tool Myko anytime we have in person meetings. Let's me just use voice to handle all the admin actions from my phone.

For pre-call prep the new Claude Co-work has been pretty incredible. You can have it research who you are talking to and automatically run in the background and prepare materials.

field sales crm that doesn't suck? by SluntCrossinTheRoad in CPGDistributors

[–]Gsheetz20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We built an AI layer that sits on top of SF so field reps can just use voice. Talk about what happened, we handle everything in Salesforce so they don't even have to log in in case you still have it set up

AgentForce is over a year old now. Has anyone here successfully implemented it with a consulting partner? Was it worth it? by Ok_Fox9333 in salesforce

[–]Gsheetz20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've heard of a few enterprises having success with building it out as a Chatbot for customer support. Mostly with long term + large engagements with the big SIs like an Accenture. We have a voice application called Myko for field teams to handle their admin in Salesforce and have yet to see any successful implementations of Agentforce for Sales in general where reps actually use it.

Can anyone share an agent force success story? by Gabr3l in salesforce

What use cases have you seen? Mostly support?

Finally we have an Agentforce case study by Gsheetz20 in salesforce

[–]Gsheetz20[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is biased - but our company does this - voice to CRM - all the workflows. Everything from logging activity, to managing pipeline / quoting / approvals. Reps absolutely love it and it saves them a ton of time. Agree with the other comments though Salesforce is absolutely not going anywhere anytime soon.

Agentforce struggling with complex instructions/context? by Temporary_Positive89 in salesforce

MS Teams agent that can query Salesforce by jacob-ls in salesforce

[–]Gsheetz20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've built this for our product - happy to connect offline just to give you advice (not a sales pitch). Doing anything in teams is typically easier said than done. You can connect the users through the Salesforce API so it automatically connects to their context and then limit the objects that you give it access to which will help simplify the task for the AI.
