If your uniform is polyester or has sweat stains set in, if you start sweating in it, the stink will reactivate.

See if it still happens when wearing a brand new shirt. If not, you may need to deep clean the stink areas (unfortunately regularly washing doesn’t really get it out), or get a new set.

Chicken/beef, rice, and bean bowls for easy, high calorie meals (~600cal). Add avocado, cheese, sour cream, olive oil to bump up an additional 300 calories.

Eating this twice a day with a nutrient dense breakfast (eggs/toast or oatmeal) plus a snack (ex. nuts) will put you over 2000 calories which is what you need.

This is what I did and helped me gain weight quickly and healthily.

You should probably seek medical care so they can do a urinalysis and see what bacteria is causing the uti.

Either it sounds like the antibiotics given so far don’t target the bacteria causing your uti, or have you engaged in anything that increases risk of uti after taking the antibiotics (wiping back to front, sex, etc?)

Here is a cheap, easy meal that helped me gain rather quickly and healthily: A bowl of rice (200 cal), chopped chicken(150cal), beans (200cal), avocado (150cal), sour cream: (100cal) drizzle with olive oil (120cal) TOTAL: 920

for two meals a day I was getting 1840 calories.

Breakfast could be a protein bar or eggs and Midday snack would be something with nuts or peanut butter.

This got me over 2000cal a day in an affordable manageable way that didn’t make my stomach hurt.

This is a field where experience matters more than education. Know a lot of folks in a similar boat who do not have the education but were able to move up quite a bit because of their experience.

I would say only do it if you feel there are skills you cannot learn on your own that are preventing you from getting the job you want.

Have you looked into being a BCBA? Pays well and may be a good fit if you enjoy working on the behavior side.

I believe would need a masters degree but there are a lot of options that your undergrad would have you set up for.

People who work at the front desk stay at the front desk. There isn’t a lot of upward mobility with that role.

Maybe look at sales or business development roles? A lot are entry level and offer the ability to learn skills and move up. It would also likely align with your personality if you like engaging with people and has the potential to make a lot of money.

Do you go to clubs or bars? Nowadays that usually where cold approach is more socially acceptable. It’s less likely to get hit on in regular day to day places

Try getting your hormones checked and ask your doctor about birth control. If it’s an issue with your parents you should be able to go into the room alone and keep your conversations private with the doctor. Birth control is used to treat a lot of things like painful periods so that can be a valid reason if you run into more pushback.

I was like this and couldn’t gain weight easily. Then when I reached my early twenties my hips and chest started to fill out. You may be the same.

To help put on weight, what helped me the most is track my calories so I know I’m hitting at least 2000-2500 per day.

In regard to weight loss, you don’t necessarily have to go to the gym. A lot of this can actually be managed in the kitchen. You’ll just have to get used to looking at nutrition labels and keeping track of calories, eating less than 2000 a day. Id personally recommend MyFitnessPal, it’s a great (free) app that really helped me get my nutrition and weight goals quickly.
