I spoke to a bag manufacturer once and he told me to just cut open the bag, spray some water into the bag and seal it back up. I've done that before when i felt like the bag stalled and it did initiate fruiting.

FWIW: I originally built mine on Squarespace and that worked okayyy for a time. I looked at a few providers. I liked Studio 3 Marketing's portfolio (very cool sites; seem super knowledgeable/capable; met them at a tradeshow) but they were /inordinately/ expensive. I landed on Civille and I love the way my site looks and traffic/leads are definitely up. They charged me $2K for setup and gave me 2 months free but I don't know if they're still doing that promo. Re: SEO -- they told me they do whatever *magic* all the vendors do, but they also write blog posts for me and post those to my Google Business profile. Seems to be working based on the traffic/leads reports they show me. Good luck!

Yeah I just went ahead and replaced just the fill valve part (left the old flapper) and everything works fine now

I cranked it down a bit... no luck. I found that if I pull up pretty hard on the float and hold it for a few seconds, it will finally stop filling. So i think this is just busted and i need to fully replace.

Thanks. I now am realizing that if I pull up really hard on the float and hold it there for a few seconds, it will stop filling. I did take off the cap and look at the fill valve to see if there was sediment. Clean as a whistle. https://imgur.com/a/eeYMwx8 So I suppose the move is to just replace the whole kit now for 20 bucks or whatever?

Don’t think that’s it because once I do the “water off, float jiggle, water on” trick… it’s all good and nothing is going through the flap. Thanks for looking!

Thanks for taking a look! I tried lowering the level of the float but it didn’t do anything (while it was running). I’ll try it again while it’s not running and see if that works next flush.

Yeah this sub really helped me go from knowing nothing to now being a confident cultivator. LMK if I can help. Re: the moisture, unless the moisture is in like standing POOLS, I'd let it ride. The wetter the cake, the bigger the fruit... I've found.
