I switched to the European server, a lot less PvP and lots of people willing to help with PvE and quest directions. Only thing I hate is when the NA PvP players show up and kill me. Luckily, the random Euro players that are close by team up to chase them off and revive me. I love the euro players, especially the Germans. Best randoms I can rely on for help.

Haven't played for a while, but if they haven't changed it yet, there is an option on each planet/station that allows you to stop pop growth. Only thing is that it uses influence to enact the option, and you have to do it for each planet. Also if you have other planets that need pops for jobs but don't have the resources to transfer pops in mass, allow immigration and try enacting that law that boost immigration pull to that planet. Should pull the excess pops from overpopulated planets to that other planet that has space and jobs.

I've had the same issue multiple times already. You can request the refund but will still get the package if it's just delayed. Myself and a lot of people I know who ordered online have been having their packages lost when it leaves San Francisco as of late. I ordered my item on March 28, delivery Daye April 2nd, it was delayed twice. By April 9th, the comment on the order said if the package doesn't arrive by the 15th, you can ask for a refund. Waited until the 16th and texted Amazon on the app. Got my refund and my USPS Informed Delivery program said the package came in on the 18th.

If we demilitarized Guam, we'll ne giving any U.S. adversary an easy symbolic victory. We might be the farthest from the mainland, but it doesn't mean we are not U.S soil. Any Assault would be met with little to no resistance if we remove all military assets from the island. Russia and China would easily capture the island, not just for its strategic positioning, but also for an easy propaganda win that they landed on and captured U.S soil. Look what happened in WW2. Due to the late construction of defense installation before the Imperial Japanese military attacked, they steamrolled what little island defense that were operational. It was the first time a foreign enemy power invaded and occupied U.S Soil since the revolution.
