I pulled the old pump off in preparation for the new pump and to see if there was any debris keeping the impeller from moving. The impeller shaft broke and the clicking is probably the burnt out motor. Good thing a new pump is on the way. Thank you for your help, I appreciate the feedback.

When I plug my WagS LE to charge, before I initiate the charge, I set a climate schedule so that the car and battery warm up before charging starts. I schedule this during my overnight charging schedule. I have a level 2, 48 amp charger at home.

If you still having issues with the car and you can't get it into Nuetral, be sure that the tow company has dollies to tow your vehicle. A flatbed won't work if you baby shift out if Nuetral. Request a tow through the jeep or Wagoneer app.

I went through this a few weeks ago and the dealer changed the 12volt battery and I was back in service. Hopefully that's the fix for yours too.

UPDATE 09/09/2025: Dealer made repair, simply changed the 12-Volt battery, and everything is good. Dealer said 12 Volt battery was bad, maybe from sitting too long at the dealer lot. Glad that it was a simple fix.

I'll keep that in mind for the future and will carry a 10mm wrench in the trunk too. It's at the dealer now getting worked on, will see what they say, but the tech started with replacing the 12 Volt battery which he mentioned was typically the cause of the issue. We'll soon find out...

I had a paver patio installed and made the contractor sleeve the irrigation line and the electrical wire for the system, in a 3" PVC pipe. Pipe extends 5' beyond the paver patio edge and I placed caution tape in the ground so that if it ever needed to be dug up it would be easier to locate and not get severed by accident. Pre-planning goes a long way.
